This is a great opportunity for a positive team player with a ‘can do’ attitude, looking to develop their HR skills and experience as part of a dedicated HR team within a growing international company.This person will report into the Head of HR and work alongside a team of HR Advisors to provide effective and timely support to the business across the full employee life cycle.Key responsibilities of the HR Administrator:Providing excellent HR administrative support to HR Team Managing and updating the HR system to accurate and up-to-date recordsPosting job adverts on various websites and working with agencies to attract suitable candidatesSupporting fast-paced recruitment processes, shortlisting applications, organising interviewsMaintaining accurate HR records and filing systemsSupporting the onboarding process for new starters including completing background checksDrafting and issuing offer paperworkPreparing employee correspondence and documentationSetting up and coordinating quarterly recruitment daysAssisting with the improvement of HR processes and documentationKey requirements for the HR Administrator:Excellent organisational and administrative skills A great eye for detail and able to manage own time effectivelyKnowledge of employment legislationPositive ‘can do’ attitudeExcellent written and verbal communication skills Understanding the importance of keeping accura
