We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic person to support our HR team with a variety of administrative tasks where no two days are the same. This role is key to ensuring smooth collaboration and consistency across all HR functions, while also playing a part in delivering our employer brand and values. You’ll be a vital link in the team, helping to build strong relationships across the business through clear and confident communication.

What will I do?

You’ll work closely with our Business Partners and wider HR team, assisting with various HR tasks - high attention to detail, strong IT and organisational skills will help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

• Collate data and reporting for the HR team
• Build strong relationships with the stakeholders within the business, across the hotels and central
• Manage time effectively to ensure you are meeting the needs of the business
• Understand the priorities and your workload
• Deal with any general enquiries swiftly & efficiently

Is this the role for me?

No prior HR experience is needed—just a genuine interest in people and how businesses support their teams. If you’re highly organised, confident with IT systems, and have strong time management and communication skills, we’d love to hear from you!
