  • Job Description
  • We are looking for an organised and proactive HR Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of the HR function. This is a key role providing administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring HR processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with company policies.
  • This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and an interest in developing a career in Human Resources.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative support across onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Preparing HR documentation including but not limited to; Changes to Terms and Conditions letters, Contracts of Employment, salary review letters, promotion letters.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems.
  • Supporting payroll processes by managing starters, leavers, and changes.
  • Assisting with absence management and HR reporting.
  • Responding to employee queries and providing first-line HR support in our HR inbox.
  • Supporting HR projects and initiatives as required
  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation
  • About You
  • Previous experience in an HR administrative or office-based role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Qualifications
  • A degree is not essential; however, candidates should have at least one year of experience working in HR within a professional environment.
