We have a new opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our brilliant HR team.
Summary
An excellent opportunity has arisen at ForFarmers for a HR Administrator to join our team in Shepshed, Loughborough on a hybrid basis. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the HR function by ensuring the smooth running of HR processes and administration. In this role, you will hold responsibility for all HR administration to ensure appropriate records, correspondence, and other documentation is created and stored in accordance with legal requirements and best practice.
Duties of the Job

Creation and distribution of all paperwork throughout the employee lifecycle

Prepare offer letters and terms and conditions of employment using Docusign

Ensure recruitment compliance checks are completed and logged i.e. right to work check
-
Liaise with Line Managers on hire progress
-
Maintaining and updating HRIS and employee e-files.

Tracking employee processes and passing to payroll for processing

Handle employee queries and provide administrative support on HR matters
-
Support HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee experience

Process maternity, paternity and shared parental leave requests

The inputting and processing of admin on our HRIS Workday
Skills Required

Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Self motivated

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

Ability to prioritise, organise, multi and task work in a fast-moving environment

The ability to build strong relationships

A commitment to upholding data privacy and HR compliance standards

Previous experience of using Workday is desirable
