They are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive HR Administrator & Receptionist. The Role This is a dual-position role providing essential support to both the HR function and front-of-house reception. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors while also keeping HR processes running smoothly behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities HR Administration Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes Preparing contracts and offer letters Maintaining accurate employee records Assisting with absence tracking and HR documentation General administrative support to the HR team Reception Cover Welcoming visitors and managing the front desk Answering and directing phone calls Managing meeting room bookings Handling post and deliveries Ensuring the reception area remains professional and presentable About You Previous HR admin and/or reception experience desirable Confident communicator with a professional manner Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Comfortable handling confidential information Proficient in Microsoft Office What’s on Offer £25,000 paid weekly by the hour Immediate start Friendly and supportive team environment Great opport
