Housing Support OfficerTemporary£20 UmbrellaOxfordshire Hamilton Woods are currently recruiting for a Housing Support Officer to manage a caseload of vulnerable clients on a temporary basis. Duties and Responsibilities of the Housing Support Officer: Manage waiting lists, assessments and resident move-ins.Conduct Right to Rent checks and ensure residents understand their tenancy obligations.Manage own caseload and cover for colleagues when required.Provide accurate advice and support to help residents maintain their accommodation.Ensure all housing management activity complies with legislation, policy and regulatory requirements.Record all interactions, actions and outcomes accurately on internal systems.Handle housing administration including data entry, correspondence and scheduling inspections or meetings.Deliver excellent customer service to residents, dealing with enquiries, complaints and maintenance requests promptly.Build strong professional relationships with residents, internal teams and external partners.Collect and monitor performance data, assisting with regular reporting.Manage incidents, arrears and anti-social behaviour cases in line with policies and procedures.Complete court paperwork and hearings when required.
