You will help ensure the Housing Directorate delivers safe, modern, compliant and high-quality services that make a real difference to residents.Key responsibilities include:• Leading housing regulatory compliance and service improvement activity• Producing clear, high-quality reports, strategies, policies and presentations• Working closely with colleagues, partners and data specialists to raise standards• Supporting service reviews, improvement plans and programme delivery• Acting as a subject-matter expert in housing law, regulation and best practice• Monitoring risks, ensuring compliance and driving operational improvementWe’re looking for:• Expert knowledge of social housing legislation and regulatory standards• Experience in social housing, compliance, or project/programme management• Strong investigative and problem-solving skills• Ability to analyse data and develop performance frameworks• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and delegate• Confidence preparing professional reports and documentation for varied audiencesThis is a unique opportunity to shape housing services and contribute to meaningful, long-term improvements for residents.If you’d like more information or are interested in applying, please get in touch.
