- Calling all night owls! Prefer staying awake and working through the night rather than snoozing away like the rest of us? We’re looking for a dedicated night housing management worker who won’t fall asleep on the job. If you’re as energised as a new Duracell bunny with the alert skills of a meerkat, this is the job for you!
- Typical shift as a Housing Management Worker
- Customer group - supporting customers who have experienced homelessness with a variety of support needs including but not limited to offending, mental & physical health, substance use.
- Making sure that our customers properties are homes they can be proud of, you’ll support your customers by engaging and involving them in their tenancies.
- Help our customers with housing benefit claims, making sure that these are received on their rent account.
- To support the next customers who needs our help and for maximum occupancy, you’ll turn around void rooms within set timescales. This will involve picking up a broom or paint brush!
- You’ll carry out and record the routine safety and compliance checks in our buildings and communities making sure we’re compliant.
- You’ll also manage the admin updating records, ordering, and arranging payment for works to be done

- You bring
- A background in property management, but that’s not a deal breaker! Perhaps you’ve worked in an environment with compliance and health and safety checks?
- A “can do” positive attitude, you’re proactive and well organised, and able to work on your initiative.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service and a genuine desire to help your customers.
- The ability to work on your own initiative, positively influencing people from all different backgrounds.
- Confidence working collaboratively with colleagues in other parts of the business as well as with external partners
- Passion for property and get a thrill out of knowing that your properties are the best they can be for our customers!
- Due to limits on our current certificates of sponsorship, we cannot offer sponsorship to external candidates for this role. This remains under regular review

- Based at our service in the city you’ll spend your time predominantly in Rosary Road however may be asked to cover other projects
- Able to use technology for creating and updating support plans, making benefit claims and doing tenancy signs ups
- You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
- Fortnightly Rota system 3-4 nights per week + sleep ins
