Housing Assistant Location: Harlow Duration: 6 months Days: Monday to Friday Hours: Full-time, on-site Pay rate: £16.41 per hour We are delighted to be supporting our client with recruiting for a Housing Assistant on a temporary basis Job Purpose: Our client is committed to delivering the highest level of customer care and service. The post holder will work as part of a the Area Housing Team and will assist with its delivery of the service in all aspects of housing management. Working in accordance with the Council's agreed policies and working practices, delivering a first class service that is value for money and customer focused. Key Duties: To provide administrative support for the Open parking Programme. To ensure that comprehensive notes and documentation are electronically saved, updated and maintained. To provide data entry relevant to the programme. To co-ordinate outlook diary appointments. To assist in the delivery of correspondence, printing. To be completely flexible to assist the delivery of the programme. Key Person Specification: The successful candidate will be confident in undertaking all aspects of administrative work to ensure a successful delivery of the programme. Experience working within an administrative role. Experience working within the housing industry would be advantageous.
