Housing and Support Coordinator

Salary: £31,895 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week 09:00-17:00 Mon- Fri

Location: Northolt (with occasional travel to other local service sites)

Our client in Northolt is a leading provider of supported accommodation for young and vulnerable people. They deliver high-quality housing, progression opportunities, and holistic support to help residents build safe, healthy, and independent futures.

They are now seeking a Housing and Support Coordinator to join their team and play a key role in ensuring effective support delivery, strong occupancy management, and a safe, supportive environment for residents.

Role Overview

• Lead and supervise Housing and Support staff, ensuring strong performance and effective service delivery.
• Manage a small caseload of high-risk residents, including assessments, support plans and safeguarding actions.
• Oversee referrals, assessments, inductions and occupancy to minimise voids.
• Monitor rent accounts, support arrears management and deal with anti-social behaviour.
• Work closely with Facilities and other departments to maintain safe and well-managed accommodation.
• Support reporting, move-on processes and partnership work with external agencies.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 year's line management experience.
• Knowledge of homelessness, supported housing and vulnerable resident's needs.
• Understanding of Housing Benefit / Universal Credit.
• Strong organisational, communication and IT skills.
• Confident handling challenging situations and maintaining boundaries.
• Flexible to work occasional evenings/weekends.
