• You are at the heart of the hotel! As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space, and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them.

What you will be doingCleans and tidies rooms, bathrooms and common areas in line with the rules of hygiene and cleanliness and the procedures implemented by the hotelEnsures that rooms look attractiveChecks that equipment is in good working order, informing the Housekeeper of any anomaliesEnsures that guest documentation in the rooms is complete and up-to-dateApplies the procedure for handling lost propertyRespects guidelines on the use of cleaning productsHandles hotel equipment, complimentary welcome gifts and room linen with due careIs responsible for cleaning and restocking the trolley every dayMay have to clear room-service trayQualificationsYour experience and skills include

• Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset
• Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
