Duties
Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure a pristine environment.
Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows and mirrors; and sanitise bathrooms and kitchens.
Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and well-presented.
Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
Follow established cleaning protocols and health guidelines to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
Previous experience in a cleaning role, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry, is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and colleagues.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
