Housekeeper

Working as part of a team maintain high standards of cleanliness in blocks of flats and when required, help to maintain the service standard in periods of absence of team members.

Responsibilities & Main Duties

Provide directions and general assistance to residents
Provide access and assistance to Contractors engaged in work on the premises
To complete any reports that may be required such as daily, weekly and monthly schedules
Work to a cleaning rota to ensure that all areas of the communal parts of the building are maintained to a high standard
Assist the residents at communal events, preparing the communal areas
To clean floors, staircases, furniture and fittings in all of the communal areas of the building
Clean the communal kitchen, toilets, baths and sinks
To undertake any other miscellaneous cleaning as required or directed by supervisors
Prepare the guest room, as required, before and after occupation
Wash and maintain soft furnishings as appropriate
