As part of the job you will attend many different hospitality and other premises (pubs, hotels, restaurants etc) to advise on stock control measures that will better their operation and to stocktake their food and beverage operation. You will be meeting and interacting with different people and be presented with varying challenges every day.

What will you achieve in the next 12 months?

- Undergo Venners SEG accredited training to qualify as a stocktaker

- Successfully collect stock data and carry out spirit testing at different hospitality venues

- Accurately interpret stocktake data and generate reports using online and offline systems

- Deliver insightful analysis, business advice and coaching to site managers

- Solve problems that result in the growth and improvement of customer businesses

- Provide great customer service to a wide range of individuals

- Grow your commercial awareness by learning to identify new business opportunities

Key skills & competencies

Required:

- GCSE English & Mathematics

- Basic IT knowledge (Microsoft Excel & Word)

- Numerical and analytical skills

- Good oral and written communication

- Trade knowledge (Food & Beverage)

- U.K. driving licence

Desired:

- A Level English & Mathematics

- Level 2 or higher Health & Safety

- Level 2 or higher Food Safety

- Hospitality management experience (Assistant Manager or above)

- Previous stocktaking experience

- Previous use of EPOS systems (Zonal, Forth, Micros etc)

- Access to your own vehicle
