This role is ideal for experienced Home Managers or Deputy Managers of care homes who are ready to step into a high-profile leadership role where you can make a real difference.

What You’ll Bring
- A relevant qualification such as RGN or QCF Level 4/5 in Social Care Management (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a care home setting, ideally as a Home Manager or Deputy
- Strong knowledge of Health and Social Care legislation, Health and Safety and compliance frameworks
- Strength in leading, motivating and developing diverse teams
- Confidence managing budgets, occupancy and operational performance
- A collaborative approach with excellent communication and relationship-building skills

About the Role: You will lead and shape the home, empowering your senior management team and staff to deliver outstanding person-centred care. You will oversee all operational aspects including compliance, staffing, budgets and regulatory standards, while having the autonomy to innovate and enhance services. The role offers opportunities to collaborate with peers, share best practice and continuously raise standards. You will shape the home’s culture, motivate your team and ensure residents experience exceptional care every day..
