As a Home Care Assistant, you’ll support older adults in Harlow and Roydon, helping them stay safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes and build genuine relationships along the way.Job DescriptionA Day in the LifeNo two days are the same, but your visits will always focus on care, dignity, and connection. You might:Help with personal care like washing, dressing, and toiletingPrepare light meals and assist with hydration and nutritionPrompt or administer medicationProvide friendly companionship, conversation, or a walk in the gardenCarry out light housekeeping to keep their home safe and tidyMaintain accurate visit notes and report concernsAll visits are a minimum of one hour, giving you the time to do things properly and build trust with clients.What You’ll GetWe know great care starts with great carers.
