Qualification: SEN experience, HLTA Status (or equivalent Level 4+ qualification)
Randstad Education is seeking for proactive and skilled HLTA to play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. This role involves working across various year groups, providing essential cover supervision during teacher absence, leading targeted intervention groups
This is a full time permanent position and you will be required to support five days a week Monday - Friday inline with school hours.

Responsibilities:
- Provide whole-class cover supervision during teacher absence.
- Plan and lead targeted intervention groups (e.g., literacy, numeracy, SEN).
- Contribute to lesson planning, resource creation, and student assessment.
- Support students with SEN and work closely with the SENCO.
- Mentor or support other Teaching Assistants where applicable.
- Uphold high standards of behaviour management and safeguarding.
Preferred Skills:
- HLTA Status OR a relevant Level 4+ qualification with significant TA experience.
- Proven experience covering classes and leading learning activities independently.
- Strong knowledge of the UK primary curriculum and assessment practices.
- Experience planning and delivering effective intervention programmes.
- Experience supporting students with SEN and implementing EHCPs.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

- Have experience with SEND or knowledge learning difficulties.
