We’re looking for a Hire Sales Executive to join a leading equipment hire company, based within one of our partner builder’s merchant branches. This isn’t furniture sales — you’ll be the trusted expert helping contractors and tradespeople find the right tools and machinery to get the job done efficiently. What the role involves: Assisting walk-in customers and contractors with their equipment hire needs Recommending suitable tools and machinery from a trusted hire range Offering expert advice to support customers’ projects Building strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business Contributing to branch targets through a helpful, consultative sales approach What we’re looking for: Sales experience in phone-based roles, retail, tool hire, or similar customer-facing environments Confident communicators who enjoy solving problems and providing excellent service Motivated individuals keen to grow their career in a specialist hire setting What you’ll get: Competitive salary of £33,000 + bonus (up to £49,500 OTE for top performers) 28 days’ holiday including bank holidays, with the option to purchase more Compreh
