The Role: A successful Plant Hire provider are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join an outstanding team. This is a full time, permanent position, working with colleagues to achieve a high standard of service to clients & contractors. We are looking for an experienced Hire Controller who preferably has previous experience within the Plant and Equipment Hire industry. Key Responsibilities: As a Hire Controller – Plant Hire, your duties would include: Great Telephone MannerBuilding Lasting Relationships with Repeat CustomersTaking enquires, providing and following up on QuotationsTaking On and Off Hire CallsLiaising with Service and Transport DepartmentsRaising Contracts on Bespoke IT SystemFiling / Admin TasksResolve Customer Queries / Complaints Skills & Requirements: The ideal candidate for the Hire Controller – Plant Hire role will have: Previous Experience in One or More of The Following Roles: Hire Controller; Senior Hire Controller; Hire Assistant; Hire Manger; Hire Desk Manager; Hire Co-Ordinator, Rental Manager, Assistant Manager, Assistant Branch Manager within a Tool or Plant Hire CompanyStrong Commitment to Deliver Excellent Customer ServiceOrganised with the Ability to Prioritise Multiple TasksExcellent Time Management SkillsExcellent Communication SkillsIT LiterateUndertake Other Duties Including Driving as Required Benefits: Within the role of Hire Controller – Plant Hire, you would receive: Monday - Friday, no weekend workFull Time Permanent Job25 Days holiday Please follow the link to apply
