We're looking for an experienced Highways Supervisor to join our ISC Contract team based in Birmingham. Location: Thimble Mill Lane, Birmingham Hours: 40 hours per week Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 per year + £5k annual car allowance + excellent benefits We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role. What will you be responsible for? As a Highways Supervisor, you'll be working within the ISC Contract team, supporting them in delivering high-quality highway maintenance services. Your day to day will include: Leading safety initiatives through site briefings, inductions and ensuring all team members understand and follow proper safety proceduresSupervising and coordinating operational teams working on carriageway and footway repairs, winter maintenance, and planned worksBuilding relationships with team members, sub-contractors, emergency services and clients to ensure smooth project deliveryConducting quality inspections to ensure workmanship meets standards and maintaining thorough documentationSupporting the development and wellbeing of team members in an inclusive environment What are we looking for?
