Focus: Supporting and supervising pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)

We are working closely with a supportive and friendly primary school seeking an experienced HLTA to join their dedicated team. You’ll play a key role in:

• Supporting children with Additional Learning Needs across KS1 and/or KS2

  
  

• Confidently supervising and leading a class when required

  
  

• Working closely with class teachers, ALNCo's, and parents to support student progress

  
  About You:

  We’re looking for someone who is:

  ✅ Qualified as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
  ✅ Experienced in working with children with ALN / SEN
  ✅ Confident leading a class and managing the classroom environment
  ✅ Committed to inclusive education and supporting every child to achieve their best
  ✅ A team player with great communication skills
