The Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers and senior leaders to deliver high-quality learning across the school. You will provide targeted support, lead whole-class learning when required, and contribute to ensuring that all pupils make excellent progress.
