We are looking for a team of High Ropes & Climbing Supervisors to provide support and assistance to all visitors taking part in activities at our new 7-day indoor leisure entertainment venue! What will you be doing? You will be supervising and assisting those using the High Ropes and Climbing activities to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Duties will include: Delivering engaging and informative safety briefings and activity sessions. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company policies Supervising daily climbing wall and high ropes activities, ensuring safety, quality and participant engagement. Conducting daily safety checks of all equipment and course elements, logging inspections and maintenance needs. Attending compulsory instructor training and competency assessments Is this you? You are upbeat and enthusiastic with a friendly but professional manner. You have the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of demographics and are happy to get stuck into a variety of tasks.
