Pay Rates:
• Days: From £17.74 per hour
• Nights: From £19.18 per hour
• Weekends: Up to £21.87 per hour
• All rates are PAYE, and holiday pay is accrued separately
• Drug and alcohol screening applies at this location

You'll deliver fresh, ambient, and frozen products, starting from a modern, well-organised depot in Birtley, using clean, well-maintained vehicles. Produce is delivered on cages to stores using tail lifts. Full induction and training is provided to ensure you are safe and efficient from day one.

Typical shift start times are between 03:00 and 12:00, most drivers complete an average of 10-13 hours per shift, depending on the route and site requirements. Drivers can expect an average of 5-8 drops per shift, depending on the route and load.

Requirements:
• Valid Class 2 HGV licence
• Driver CPC and Tachograph Card
• Minimum 6 months of recent HGV driving experience required
• No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only)
