Seeking skilled HGV Class 1 drivers for regular night shifts with a leading food retailer- offering excellent rates of pay and year-round work.

ADR Network is one of the UK’s leading recruitment agencies in the logistics sector. We are looking for class 1 drivers for an ongoing requirement with our client Sainsbury’s, based in Haydock.

Pay Rates:
• Days: From £19.73 per hour
• Nights: From £22.36 per hour
• Weekends: Up to £23.34 per hour
• Overtime after 48hrs is between £29.60 - £35.01
• Paid breaks
• All rates are PAYE, and holiday pay is accrued separately

Typical start times are between 2100 and 0100, but please speak to us about what works for you. Shifts average between 10-12 hours, and drivers can expect between 2 and 4 drops per shift. Full induction and training is provided to ensure you are safe and efficient from day one.

You'll be delivering fresh, ambient and frozen products, operating from a well-organised depot, in clean, well-maintained vehicles. There is some interaction at the store delivery point when unloading cages, and support is provided by the store staff

Requirements:
• Valid Class 1 HGV C+E licence
• Driver CPC and Tachograph Card
• Minimum 2 years of recent HGV driving experience required
• No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only)
