Are you an experienced Helpdesk Operator looking for a stable, part-time role with great daytime hours in Lewisham? We're seeking a skilled, proactive individual to join our team!

The Role:

• Location: Lewisham

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (30 hours per week)

• Salary/Rate: Competitive (TBC based on experience)

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be the first point of contact for all service requests and queries, ensuring they are logged accurately and passed to the correct teams for action. This involves:

• Logging, prioritising, and tracking service requests and incidents.

• Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email.

• Managing and updating data within our systems.

What You'll Need:

• ESSENTIAL: Significant previous experience working in a busy helpdesk or similar service environment.

• ESSENTIAL: Proven working knowledge and experience with the CAFM system Maximo.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• A professional, friendly, and methodical approach to problem-solving.
