we're looking for a Health & Safety Advisor to lead the way at the Central Bank of Ireland. In this role, you'll be a proactive advocate for a safer, healthier workplace, ensuring compliance, driving innovation, and influencing teams to foster a positive safety culture. You'll champion the implementation of health, safety, and quality systems, provide expert guidance on Occupational Health & Safety, and lead environmental health and safety planning. Your role will also involve investigating incidents, identifying root causes, implementing corrective actions, and supporting behavioural safety change initiatives. Working closely with teams, you'll develop Business Continuity Plans and ensure timely reporting and resolution of incidents.
