Are you a Health Safety Coordinator looking for a new role Do you have experience of advising on, monitoring and improving Health Safety in a manufacturing or industrial setting Are you trained or training in NEBOSH and looking to join a growing business Kingscroft has been asked to recruit for a HS Coordinator or HS Advisor for a specialist SME level manufacturing business. As the ideal candidate you will have worked in a manufacturing or industrial setting and be confident of advising and implementing Health Safety systems and policies. You should be NEBOSH qualified or working towards that standard and confident of supporting ISO 45001. You will be a focal point for day to day Health Safety and be the site champion for best practice. Your role will involve: Promote Safety Best practiceCarry out regular site safety checksReview and advise on risk assessmentsAttend and lead investigations into incidents, near misses, and safety breaches, reporting findings and corrective actionsAct as the point of contact for all site-based health, safety, and quality mattersEngage with site teams and clients to promote a strong, positive safety cultureDeliver on-site coaching, safety briefings, and toolbox talks where neededMaintain accurate records of inspections, NCRs, findings, and actionsReport directly into the QESH ManagerManage safety KPIs Skills Attributes Demonstrable experience within a similar Health and Safety roleNEBOSH General CertificateExperience working in industrial manufacturingStrong knowledge of safe systems of work, and accident investigationPractical experience supporting ISO 9001 / 14001 / 450001 / 50001 quality systems on siteAbility to identify, raise, and follow through NCRsAble to work independently and confidently represent the company on
