Your work will focus on group risk, healthcare, and flexible benefits, helping deliver tailored solutions to clients nationwide.You’ll enjoy a varied role that blends administration, analysis, client interaction, and provider liaison.What You’ll Be DoingActing as a key point of contact for clients via phone, email and written correspondenceSupporting Consultants and CRMs with reports, technical documentation, and client presentationsAnalysing member data and preparing recommendations for appropriate client solutionsManaging relationships between insurers, providers, and clientsAdministering a wide range of health, protection and employee benefit policiesHandling flexible benefits administration via a digital platformChecking insurer accounts and issuing annual financial statementsDrafting service specifications, managing deadlines, budgets and invoicingMaintaining accurate, compliant client records and databasesAssisting with the ongoing development of internal benefits platformsAttending client meetings when requiredWhat We’re Looking For<ul
