About the role: Are you passionate about driving Health & Safety standards from good to great? We’re looking for a Health & Safety Business Partner to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our strategic direction across Logistics and Retail. Working closely with our Health & Safety Manager, you’ll help define and uphold compliance standards, embed best practices into daily operations, and provide data-driven insights to senior stakeholders. Location: Nationwide (Travel Required)Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week) What can you expect to be doing: Champion our Health & Safety strategy across Logistics and Retail.Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and legal obligations.Analyse data and produce high-quality reports to identify risks and recommend improvements.Launch and support a refreshed Health & Safety communication strategy.Present insights and trend analysis to senior leadership.Guide stakeholders in setting meaningful Health & Safety targets.Advise on legislative changes and their impact on the business.Conduct site reviews and thematic assessments using risk matrices.Deliver training and support projects, including new site openings.Maintain strong relationships with regulators and external authorities.Help us maintain our RoSPA Gold Award status.
