Description The hands-on Head of Supply Chain, you will play a significant role as part of the SLT based from the Oxfordshire HQ. You lead a high performance people orientated culture. This is a hands on role with day to day responsibility including: Deliver supply chain strategy with a strong focus on inventory optimisation and reduction of excess stock.Lead both the S&OP and CPFR processes to ensure alignment between demand, production, and market availability.Oversee freight operations across ocean, air, and intermodal networks-driving cost-effective and reliable delivery.Place and manage purchase orders with suppliers across Southern China, ensuring quality, reliability, and on-time performance.Enhance forecasting accuracy, safety stock management, and SKU rationalisation to reduce slow-moving and obsolete inventory.Use digital tools (ERP, WMS) to improve visibility and support data-driven decision-making.Ensure compliance with global trade regulations and international customs requirements.Build, inspire, and develop high-performing global supply chain teams.
