Fraser Carver Executive Search are working with a reputable Specialist Lender who are looking for a Head of Sales to support their Sales Director with their continued expansion. To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 6-8 years experience working with Bridging Loans, Commercial Mortgages and Complex BTL mortgages. You will also need experience of managing a reasonable sized sales team including telephone based and field bases BDMs ideally within the South of the UK/ London regions.My client has experienced significant growth over the last 3-5 years and they are just getting started with their expansion plans. They have an exceptionally strong funding line in place and are constantly expanding their product offering to ensure they service the direct and intermediary markets.
