This pivotal role will drive our sales strategy and contribute significantly to our mission of providing secure destruction services across various sectors. The Head of Sales will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and enhancing client relationships.The role will enter into our leadership team and carries full P&L responsibility to deliver our ambitious, realistic 5 year strategy which will see the incumbent exposed to domestic and European expansion plans, steep YOY financial growth trajectory, potential for M&A opportunities and exciting plans to open up our service proposition to remain competitive with a USP that spearheads the industry.Avena is fast growth company which requires the applicant to be able to demonstrate the ability to build departments, grow their team, make dynamic decisions using facts and data, innovate, remain compliant whilst also presenting as a leader who is Hungry, Humble and Smart.ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & StrategyOversee day-to-day sales operations and retention strategies across all sales channelsDevelop and execute sales plans aligned with the company’s five-year growth strategyIdentify and develop new revenue streams and opportunities for expansionTake full ownership of the revenue budget and ensure delivery against targets
