Duties of the Head of Sales:
- Lead and motivate sales teams across four regional sites
- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to maximise growth
- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Implement processes to improve operational efficiency and sales results
- Support and mentor team members to achieve their individual and collective targets
Specifications for the Head of Sales role:
