- As the Head of Product Growth, you will lead the development and execution of product-led growth strategies that drive self-serve revenue and activation at scale. You will own the growth engine, working across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization levers to unlock sustainable expansion. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, sales, and marketing, you will define metrics, run experiments, and translate insights into actionable strategies. This role offers the opportunity to shape a high-velocity growth function, mentor a growing team, and directly influence how millions of users engage with a rapidly scaling AI-native workflow automation platform. You will operate in a remote-first European environment, driving both tactical execution and strategic vision to maximize product impact.
Accountabilities
- Define and execute the growth strategy for self-serve and product-led initiatives, including revenue forecasting, target setting, and MBR leadership.
- Identify, prioritize, and optimize growth levers across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization to drive durable user engagement.
- Lead the design and implementation of experiments, ensuring reliable data capture, analysis, and actionable insights.
- Build and maintain robust growth dashboards to track critical events, funnel performance, and activation metrics.
- Operate as a player-coach, guiding a team of PMs and analysts while collaborating closely with engineering, product, and marketing to optimize user experience and conversion.
- Align product-led growth efforts with sales handoffs, defining PQL/PIQ metrics and ensuring smooth transitions between self-serve and enterprise channels.
- Hire, coach, and scale a high-performing growth team to support ongoing experimentation, lifecycle optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
- 6–10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product growth or PLG leadership, with demonstrated impact on activation, retention, and self-serve revenue.
- Proven commercial ownership, including forecasting, variance analysis, and the ability to clearly communicate growth drivers.
- Hands-on product growth experience, designing experiments and influencing pricing, packaging, and conversion strategies.
- Strong analytical and data modeling skills, with experience defining reliable instrumentation and designing trustworthy tests.
- Product sense with the ability to make foundational growth decisions, not just incremental tweaks.
- Experience as a player-coach, managing PMs or ICs, and executing cross-functional initiatives in self-serve and sales-led contexts.
- Nice-to-have: UX and copywriting intuition, dev-first experience, AI feature adoption exposure, and track record in scaling self-serve revenue significantly
