Head of Private Client An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a confident and experienced Head of Private Client to join a well-established Sheffield firm. This is a pivotal leadership role for a proactive Solicitor ready to drive growth and shape the future of the department. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Private Client team, providing mentorship and support to junior lawyersDevelop and implement strategic plans to grow the department and client baseOversee a varied caseload including wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, estate administration and trustsEnsure high quality client service and compliance with all regulatory requirementsBuild and maintain strong client relationships with high-net-worth individuals and familiesCollaborate closely with wider leadership to align department goals with firm strategy Candidate Requirements: Solicitor with significant Private Client experience, ideally with 5+ years PQEProven leadership and team management skillsStrong commercial awareness and business development capabilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage a busy caseload while driving the department forwardExperience working within a regional or national law firm preferred What’s on Offer?
