Champion operational excellence across all People & Culture processes, ensuring our systems, data, and policies empower both employees and leaders. Oversee and optimise our HRIS and other people systems, using data insights to guide smarter decision-making. Embed a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring processes are seamless, efficient, and elevate the employee experience. Lead initiatives around engagement, well-being, and DEI - ensuring our values come to life every day. Partner closely with senior stakeholders to drive strategic people transformation and change programmes. Maintain compliance across all operational areas, ensuring our policies and practices are future-ready and legally robust. A typical working pattern is Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with a one-hour lunch break. This role also offers flexibility to work from home, typically two days per week for a five-day working week.
