A client based in ME3 area is recruiting for a Head of Operations/Production & Manufacturing Job roleResponsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of manufacturing and fabrication operations. This includes handling the production cycle from order confirmation to final product delivery, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in operations. The role involves direct coordination with key stakeholders including production planning, transport, and sales teams to ensure optimal cost control and excellent customer feedback. The Operations Manager will lead and manage production supervisors, driving continuous improvements in efficiency, cost reduction, and compliance with safety and quality standards.Oversee all aspects of the cut-and-bent and fabrication operations, ensuring efficient production processes, optimal resource utilisation, and on-time delivery.Ensure manufacturing assets are performing optimally engaging with maintenance teams to ensure preventative maintenance is enabling continuous production.
