The Head of Digital Asset Operations will be responsible for managing a team of junior ops analysts, and overseeing the end-to-end operational management of digital assets, including custody, settlement, reconciliation, and lifecycle processes across multiple platforms and counterparties. This role ensures the integrity, security, and scalability of digital asset operations by establishing robust controls, procedures, and risk management frameworks, while maintaining compliance with regulatory and internal governance requirements. The role works closely with technology, trading, compliance, and risk teams to optimize workflows, resolve operational issues, and support new product launches, playing a critical role in driving operational excellence as the business grows. Experience working with Cryptocurrencies from a professional aspect is essential, and experience of working at a systematic, or HFT manager is desired. This role is based in the Middle East and therefore, a very attractive tax-free comp package is on offer.
