What You'll Do Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor industry and market developments, advising senior leadership on competitive trends and recommending enhancements to capabilities and services.Shape Governance Framework: Enhance governance to support an industry-leading wrapped platform, enabling seamless access to investment products, wrappers, and client-centric services.Lead and Develop Talent: Hire, coach, and mentor a team of governance analysts. Set performance standards, review progress, and make informed compensation decisions.Drive Strategic Analysis: Lead complex business, competitive, and product analyses.
