  • The Opportunity
  • As Head of Marketing, you’ll own the brand, communications, and growth marketing agenda — combining hands-on delivery with strategic leadership.
  • This role is ideal for a commercially minded, creative marketing leader with a passion for brand storytelling, data-led performance, and customer-centric growth.
  • In your first year, you’ll spend around 60–70% of your time driving execution, leading campaigns, social and creator strategy, and performance marketing — while shaping the long-term marketing strategy and structure for scale.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Leadership
  • Define and deliver a brand and marketing strategy aligned with commercial growth goals.
  • Partner with the CEO and senior leadership team to shape brand positioning and creative direction.
  • Manage a six-figure monthly marketing budget across paid, organic, influencer, and partnership channels.
  • Identify new market opportunities and category expansion initiatives.
  • Lead and grow a talented in-house marketing team alongside agency partners.
  • Execution & Delivery
  • Oversee multi-channel campaigns across social, paid media, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Drive creator and influencer partnerships to grow awareness and advocacy.
  • Build a high-impact short-form video and content engine across TikTok, Meta, and other channels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with eCommerce, Data, and Operations teams to align marketing with trading priorities.
  • Improve CRM performance, segmentation, and customer lifetime value.
  • About You
  • We’re looking for a marketing leader who brings: 7+ years’ experience in brand and marketing leadership roles, ideally within DTC, food, beverage, supplements, or wellness sectors. Proven ability to balance strategic brand building with hands-on growth marketing. Experience managing large marketing budgets and teams across multiple channels. Strong understanding of performance marketing, CRM, and social-first brand building. A collaborative, energetic leadership style with a passion for creativity and results. A genuine interest in health, wellness, and better living.
  • What Success Looks Like

Within your first six months, you’ll

  • Refresh and roll out new brand positioning and visual identity.
  • Deliver high-impact launch and awareness campaigns.
  • Establish a test-and-learn performance rhythm that drives measurable growth.
  • Build pace, creativity, and clarity within the marketing team.
  • Within two years, you’ll have the opportunity to progress to Director of Marketing, leading strategy, culture, and long-term brand direction.
