- Our client is a fast-growing, science-led consumer brand on a mission to make sensitive-skin tanning accessible, effective and confidence-boosting. With a rapidly expanding community and major growth ahead, they’re building a small but mighty leadership team who can think big and execute fast.
- We’re looking for a high-impact Head of Marketing to own the brand and growth engine across DTC and retail. You’ll shape the brand's positioning, lead full-funnel acquisition, oversee social/influencer strategy, and drive standout 360° launches. This role blends strategy with hands-on execution, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creator-led, culturally tuned-in environment.
What you'll do
- Brand strategy, storytelling and integrated campaigns that build awareness and advocacy.
- 360° go-to-market for product and retail launches.
- Paid social, search and performance marketing to scale acquisition and retention.
- CRM, lifecycle and loyalty - building journeys that drive repeat purchase.
- Website UX and CRO to boost conversion and AOV.
- Social, community, influencer and partnership strategy.
- Retail and shopper marketing for key partners.
- PR and comms across earned, owned and paid channels.
- Building and leading a high-performing team.
Who you are
- Proven experience growing consumer brands across both brand and performance.
- Hands-on expertise in paid social/search and DTC growth metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention).
- Strong CRM/lifecycle background (segmentation, automation, testing).
- Experience launching products across DTC and retail environments.
- Comfort working with influencers, creators and fast-moving cultural trends.
- Leadership experience with teams and agencies.
- Commercial, analytical mindset and a love for building in high-growth environments.
- 💸 Salary: £65-75k DOE
- 🏡 Logistics: London office, 2 days a week
