About the role

  • The Head of Marketing will own, evolve and scale the 4th & Reckless marketing engine. Leading and overseeing our Social Media, Community, Influencer, Events, Partnerships & Collaborations functions, this role is responsible for amplifying our brand awareness, ensuring consistency and relevance across every touchpoint.
  • As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will work closely with our Head of Creative and Head of Brand & Design to build a unified brand expression, deliver culturally relevant storytelling, and drive meaningful connectivity with our audience.
  • This is a pivotal role for a brand builder who thrives at the intersection of creativity, culture and commercial awareness.

Your Responsibilities

  • Brand & Marketing Strategy
  • Develop and own the 360º brand and marketing strategy to deepen desire, conversation and community around 4th & Reckless.
  • Define brand positioning, messaging and seasonal priorities in partnership with Creative and Design.
  • Lead annual and quarterly marketing planning, including campaign roadmap, channel strategy and growth initiatives.
  • Use cultural insights, social trends and competitive intelligence to inform forward-thinking brand direction.
  • Social & Content
  • Oversee social vision, content strategy and channel performance across all global platforms.
  • Build an engaged, loyal community through best-in-class storytelling, platform innovation and two-way communication.
  • Set tone-of-voice and creative standards that ensure consistency and brand elevation.
  • Influencer & Events
  • Lead influencer and creator strategy across tiers — from everyday advocates to top-tier talent.
  • Drive impactful seeding programs, paid collaborations and long-term ambassador relationships.
  • Ensure influencer partnerships deliver measurable brand heat, reach and authentic connection.
  • Own the strategy and execution of brand events, activations and pop-ups to drive buzz and emotional engagement.
  • Partnerships & Collaborations
  • Identify and secure partnerships and collaborations that elevate brand perception and cultural relevance.
  • Manage launch plans end-to-end, ensuring cross-functional alignment and impact.
  • Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead, inspire and develop a growing team across marketing disciplines.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, creativity and accountability.
  • Partner closely with Creative, Design, E-commerce and Product teams to deliver cohesive, insight-driven campaigns.
  • Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient investment and measurable ROI.
  • Performance & Insights
  • Use analytics, customer data and market insights to refine strategies and optimise performance.
  • Report on KPIs related to brand growth, engagement, community, influencer ROI and event success.

About You

  • Extensive experience in brand or marketing roles, ideally in fashion and lifestyle brands
  • Strong strategic thinker with a proven track record of building brand heat and community.
  • Deep understanding of social media culture, digital landscapes and influencer ecosystems.
  • Strong taste level and ability to balance creative ambition with commercial goals.
  • Experience leading teams and working cross-functionally at a senior level.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to sell ideas, inspire teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
