Role OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven Head of Lettings to lead our national lettings strategy across our Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) portfolio. This pivotal role carries accountability for achieving occupancy targets, delivering budgeted revenue, and ensuring an exceptional customer journey from initial enquiry through to move-in.You will manage and inspire a team of Resident Liaison Officers (RLOs) and work with the lettings marketing team, ensuring marketing and sales strategies align to deliver maximum occupancy. In addition, you will work and oversee closely a remote lettings support team based overseas, ensuring seamless collaboration and consistent service standards across all touchpoints.The ideal candidate will be agile, decisive, and commercially astute, with a deep understanding of the student accommodation market and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
