This is a senior, hands-on role based in Central London, reporting directly to the CEO and contributing to strategic technology planning and decision-making across the business.The RoleAs Head of IT, you will take full ownership of the organisation’s IT services, infrastructure, and user support. You will ensure systems, equipment, and processes are reliable, secure, and aligned with business needs, while leading and developing the IT team to deliver a high-quality service.Key Responsibilities Own and manage all technical requirements for approximately 70 users, primarily within a macOS environmentProvide day-to-day IT support for office-based and remote staffManage all IT equipment, including laptops, mobile devices, and telephony systemsMaintain and renew software and hardware contracts, ensuring best value and suitabilityOversee IT services and infrastructure design, management, and improvementLiaise with the website team to ensure the company website remains current and optimisedEnsure IT equipment, software, and working practices are effective, secure, and fit for purposeLead and manage the IT team to deliver high-quality infrastructure and support services Skills & Experience Extensive experience managing macOS environmentsStrong experience with externally hosted systemsProven ability in IT services and infrastructure design and managementExperience with virtualisation technologiesITIL certification or strong ITIL knowledgeExperience with Mobile D
