The RoleWe are seeking a Head of Information Security to join on a contract basis to provide cover whilst we hire the position permanently. This is a critical role with an expected duration of 3-6 months, and will see a broad set of responsibilities including managing risk, implementing new processes and systems and continuously monitoring our corporate estate. You can expect to work closely with our Engineering and Infrastructure teams to effect change through our organisation. Responsibilities: Take ownership of the firm's Information Security function and maintain/improve its security postureTake the lead in responding to customer security questionnaires or audit follow-upsOversee our regular ISO27001 and SOC 2 Type II auditsResearch and choose technical tools to proactively detect and respond to weaknesses, threats and potential compromisesLead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of information security practices across all teamsManage regular pentests by external consultants and coordinate with internal resources to remediate issuesInformation security risk assessment of third-party service providersOffer guidance, direction and approval on security solutions and approaches<l
