Working with senior leaders, you'll spearhead critical change, guide workforce transitions, and own governance and people-risk, while creating a values-driven HR function that delivers a standout colleague experience. What you'll be driving You'll lead a progressive HR function equipped to support growth, simplifying and digitising workflows and positioning people data at the heart of workforce planning. You'll translate organisational goals into a clear people strategy, leading initiatives around structure, capability and succession while partnering closely with senior leaders.Developing the HR team will be a key part of your role. You'll create a coaching-centred, inclusive environment that grows confidence, expertise, and future leadership potential.
