Our client are a luxury D2C delivery service currently delivering fresh products and other accessories across Europe, the United States and Asia. A recent £8m Series A funding will be invested in growing the company's presence across the US market, expanding the product range and developing its logistics technology.This role is a full-time role, with a combination of remote working and the requirement to visit warehouse locations, as required. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing their operational activities to ensure efficiency and alignment with strategic priorities.Other responsibilities: Manage critical vendor relationships and building performance tracking systemsUse data to inform decision-making, drive productivity gains and impact business outcomes across new and existing territoriesCoordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retentionEnsure compliance with local and international laws (e.g. data protection)Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance effortsOversee expenses and budgeting to help the organisation optimise costs and benefitsLead the development of our environmentally friendly packaging and low carbon distributionAct as a role model for our values and ambassador for our businessThe PersonSmart problem solver, adaptable to change, and ability to execute quicklyAble to pivot quickly from long-term thinking to immediate tactical actionProven experience of building and leading engaged and high performing teams, demonstrating the company's culture and valuesData-driven decision-making mentality and sound commercial judgement, who uses analytical thinking to assess project performance and financial viability (Advanced excel modelling skills)Strong project manager who can create detailed execution plans for large-scale
