We’re seeking a Head of Franchising Operations to lead the development and implementation of best-in-class operational standards across a global franchise network. About the Role As Head of Franchising Operations, you will: Develop and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency across all franchise locations.Lead training initiatives and provide ongoing support to franchisees and their teams.Monitor compliance and quality standards through audits, inspections, and performance reviews.Analyse operational data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.Act as a key liaison between the central office and franchisees, ensuring smooth communication and coordination. What We’re Looking For Essential: Minimum 5 years’ experience in global franchise operations or a similar role.Proven track record in developing SOPs and delivering training programs.Strong project management, planning, and influencing skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Desirable: 7+ years in franchise development, ideally within educational networks.Experience working in APAC markets.Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
