Here, you’ll take the reins in a high-growth, multisite business that’s expanded rapidly in recent years - with ambitious plans to continue that trajectory.As Head of Financial Reporting, you’ll bridge the gap between the UK finance function and a European parent company, owning all aspects of group reporting and balance sheet integrity while shaping financial processes for the future. It’s a newly created position with real impact, reporting to the COO and sitting visibly within the leadership structure.Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for: Leading the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports under UK GAAP and Group IFRSActing as the primary point of contact for the parent company, handling a high volume of reporting queries and requestsOwning group consolidations, ensuring timely, accurate data from multiple UK sitesManaging the year-end audit process, liaising closely with external auditorsDeveloping and maintaining robust financial controls, balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysisOverseeing statutory accounts and compliance requirementsManaging budgeting and forecasting cycles, supporting strategic and operational decisions What you will need: Previous experience in a similar role, such as Head of Financial Reporting / Group Reporting Manager / Financial Reporting Manager / Head of Group Reporting / Senior Financial Reporting ManagerTo be a qualified accountant ( ACA / ACCA / CIMA ) ideally practice trainedSolid experience in group or multisite financial reportingStrong knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRSTo be analytical, detail-focused and comfortable working at paceTo be an excellent communicator and stakeholder manager – someone who can hold their own with senior leadership and
