Head of Finance | Manufacturing/Pharmaceutical | Some Hybrid Working | Manchester An exciting opportunity to join a specialist Manufacturing business in Manchester, looking for a commercially astute Head of Finance to lead their UK finance function. This is a hands-on, leadership role with full ownership of financial operations and reporting. Key responsibilities include: Driving financial planning, budgeting, and forecastingDeveloping and mentoring the finance teamSupporting margin improvement, cost control, and performance trackingOverseeing cash flow, treasury, and liquidityManaging standard costing and variance analysisEnsuring full compliance across tax, payroll, and internal controlsPartnering with senior leadership on strategic business initiatives What You’ll Need to Succeed: A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)Proven experience within Manufacturing/PharmaceuticalAn understanding of a multi group environment.A strong grasp of operational and commercial financeThe ability to influence cross-functionally and lead teams effectivelyHands on approach with an eye for continuous improvementThe ability to work under pressure This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a specialist organisation making a difference
